Aromatherapy Massage Oil

After visiting Tai for a brilliant facial, I decided to book myself a Full Body Aromatherapy Massage (£42 for an hour) in the run up to the wedding and as a birthday treat.

I only really ever treat myself to a massage when I am on holiday, but I am trying to take more care of myself and thought why not?

As before, the lovely Becky was looking after me, and after leading me to the treatment room and allowing me to get ready she started to work her magic. Using a relaxation and stress aromatherapy oil, Becky started working on my back. I hadn't even realised that I had any tension in my back until she started working on my muscles, which felt incredible.

I would continue to tell you how amazing the whole experience was, but to be honest, between the relaxing music, the aroma of the massage oil and the shear amazingness of Becky's massage skills, I actually fell asleep. Which I guess is a testiment to how good the treatment was.
