A Frame of True Love*

How is it already the end of January? When I was young months would drag on, now they are passing by in the blink of an eye. With January coming to an end and the dawn of February two things approach, my youngest sister Bella's 16th birthday (how on earth is she already 16??) and Valentine's Day.

The latter is what we are going to focus on today. Valentine's day gifts get harder to buy every year that you are with your partner. In the beginning flowers, chocolates and lingerie are great gifts, but the longer you are in a relationship the less meaning these things have (for the record I'd still love some flowers, hint hint!).

That's not to say I expect expensive jewellery or a city break every Valentine's Day, maybe on the years of big anniversaries, but sometimes it is nice to receive something more unique, or that demonstrates that Joe has put some thought into it.

I love making our flat reflect our life together and our love for each other, so this Frame of True Love by ToxicFox is a lovely idea.
