Thinking back the whole day, even pre-drinks, is more or less a blur with moments of absolute clarity. Watching our wedding video back, we realised that we didn't take in the beauty of what Vicky, our celebrant had said during our vowels. Or realised how much time and scheming my family and youngest sister when to, to create her Fresh Prince of Bel Air style rap that she surprised us with during the speeches.
To try and capture a bit of the magic, a sort of token to remind us of our special day, Hubs, and I have been planning to get a canvas made of our Spanish wedding. But with over 1,600 photos it's taken a while to chose which one to have.
We had thought about getting a few canvas images of various sizes and ratios made to create a sort of montage of the day (and still might) but thought we would start with one.
After much deliberation we finally decided to get one of the posed pictures of the two of us made into a fairly large portrait canvas. Luckily for us, the lovely people at Canvas Design happened to be looking for people to review their service and kindly offered to make it for us.
The turn around was really fast, it was delivered in 3 days and very well packaged to avoid any damage during its transit. We were really pleased with the quality of the print too, the colours are vibrant and the actual image is very sharp. We have bought canvases before where this hasn't been the case, and when you are ordering on-line you can't always see the quality of the work. But the images on the Canvas Design website are a true representation of their work.
As well as providing us with a fantastic reminder of our big day Canvas Design have also been kind enough to provide my readers with a 15% discount on any purchase, using the code 'BLOG15'. Also delivery on all items are free, so it's a real bargain. To add to their generosity, Canvas Designs have also teamed up with me to host a competition where one lucky winner will also get their own canvas made! To be in with a chance to Win, just enter via the Rafflecopter app below - you have until the 31st March to enter. Good Luck!
