6ft TV Bed /Tom Dixon cord light, £305 / Lighting, £240 / Cat bedding, £85 / Zara Home grey bedding, £37 / Dark blue bedding, £21 / H M black bedding / Framed wall art, £160 / Handmade furniture / Turquoise side table, £135
The cooling in the weather (especially since coming back from being in Spain) and the changing of the season have not only been reflected in the falling leaves and the need for coat, but also a new home ware in the supermarkets and home stores.
At the moment I am really feeling neutral greys in the bedroom, with contrasting blues and golds to brighten it up. I also love mixing textures, the weave of the bed and the fur throw, the canvas cushion covers are all lovely together. I also love a good fur throw.
Our room is relatively large, but not maximised for space. Ideally we would have the TV mounted on the wall (currently it takes up half my dressing table), but the only wall where it could go also has a radiator on it which is not recommended. So the best solution would be a TV Bed, I really like this 6ft Super King bed as a lot of the TV beds are made out of leather (our faux) and I think firstly it looks a bit tacky and secondly Tobias would claw and eat the leather.
If you were decorating your room now, what would colours would you go for?
